Initial Enquiry 

Once you've submitted your enquiry form, I'll reach out to schedule a brief, free 20-minute call. This initial discussion will allow us to understand your situation and determine if I can provide the support you need. If your case is straightforward, I'll send you a detailed quote for visa submission via email. For more complex cases, I'll suggest a consultation, outlining the associated cost. Consultations can be conducted either in person or via video call. During a consultation, we'll thoroughly review your circumstances, focusing on the specific requirements for either extending your stay in the UK or obtaining entry clearance from outside the UK. Based on this in-depth assessment, I'll be able to advise you on your options, including the likelihood of success and the associated costs.

Investing in me

Following your consultation and receipt of a quote, should you choose to engage my services for your UK visa application (either an extension of stay or entry clearance), I will provide you with my Letter of Authority, General Information Form, and a detailed quote. To ensure transparency, I operate on a fixed-fee basis, so you'll have a clear understanding of the costs involved from the outset. Once I receive your signed Letter of Authority, completed General Information Form, and the requested documentation outlined in the quote, I will prepare a comprehensive assessment report. This report will detail the strategy I will employ to complete and submit your visa application. You will be assigned directly to me as your dedicated caseworker. I will personally guide you through the process of securing your extension of stay or entry clearance visa.
